All information about products or other information published on the website is obtained based on available data from the company FULLCOLOR. However, this information cannot be considered as guarantees or obligations on the part of FULLCOLOR. FULLCOLOR has the right, without notice, to make changes to any part of this site, as well as to cease the operation of certain parts of the site or the entire site at any time, at its own discretion. FULLCOLOR may modify the terms of use of its website at any time and without notice. The price change will not be applied to accepted orders. The above applies both in the case of a subsequent increase and in the case of a subsequent decrease in the selling price.

The buyer can cancel, add, or correct their order at any time before making the payment. Once the order is placed, a corresponding confirmation is sent to the buyer’s registered email address. The order is considered confirmed only after payment, from the moment when the agreed production/delivery time begins to be calculated. The buyer agrees that FULLCOLOR has the right to delay the production/delivery of the ordered products, but not more than 2 business days, from the end date indicated on the order confirmation. If the production/delivery time falls on a Sunday or a holiday, the last day of the period will be the first business day following. The buyer has the right to cancel the order if FULLCOLOR delays the production/delivery by more than 2 business days. The buyer can pick up the manufactured products at the locations specified by FULLCOLOR. If the buyer chooses an additional service – delivery – for the manufactured products, they will be delivered to the delivery address that you must provide when creating the order. The delivery of the ordered products is carried out on the territory of Switzerland. The delivery is invoiced according to the rates established by FULLCOLOR. The buyer is obligated to inspect the products upon receipt and immediately after delivery to file a complaint for any visible defects, as well as for any discrepancy in the quantity of the products. The remarks (complaints) are recorded in the delivery document (delivery note, etc.). FULLCOLOR will not acknowledge claims regarding visible defects of the products and inconsistent quantity, which are reported by the buyer after delivery. The inconsistency of colors (described in the ‘Color Compatibility’ chapter of this document), as well as the inadequacy of the products for a certain purpose, will not be considered as a defect of the products unless the buyer informs FULLCOLOR of the purpose for which they are needed when ordering the products. FULLCOLOR will accept duly reported and justified customer complaints. In the case of an accepted complaint, FULLCOLOR will rectify the defects within the same timeframe as provided for production/delivery.

5. Color Matching

The colors of our products that you see on your screen may differ from the actual colors of the product. Even if your monitor is calibrated to a specific color profile, various factors can affect the final appearance of the colors of printed products. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy.

6. Applicable Law

Any cause of action or dispute related to the FULLCOLOR website or its use will be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
